Amidst an ongoing investigation into a phantom names controversy at the National Service Authority (NSA), Gifty Oware Mensah, the former deputy director of the NSA, has returned to Ghana.
Oware Mensah, who had been in the United States following the elections, reportedly came on Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by some family members at the airport.
