“Alpha Album Isn’t For BET Or Grammy Awards, It’s For my Fans” – Mr. Drew
Mr. Drew, the award-winning Ghanaian musician, has lately taken to the streets to promote his Alpha album.
Mr. Drew, who mixes his singing prowess with exceptional dance abilities, has said that he created his record mostly for the enjoyment of his fans, rather than to seek awards.
Mr. Drew declared unequivocally in an interview with Amansan Krakye on the Kastle Entertainment Show that he will not put any pressure on himself to win accolades with his album.
On Kastle FM in Cape Coast, he stated, “Honestly, I’m not placing that sort of pressure on myself to go and mention an award.
“
“I’m not doing it for an award; I’m doing it for the fans, so once the fans enjoy it, I have no problem,” Mr Drew continued.
Mr. Drew recently released his Alpha Album, which features 12 excellent tracks and features a number of A-list artists, all of which were mixed and mastered by Kaywa.
