Daddy Lumba Reportedly Sacked Odo Broni Weeks Before His Death — Family Insider Claims (VIDEO)
Fresh claims about the private life of late highlife icon Daddy Lumba suggest that tensions grew between him and his partner, Priscilla Ofori Atta, known as Odo Broni, shortly before his death.
According to Nana Kwasi Sarfo, also known as Jigga, a close associate of the family who represents Lumba’s siblings Ernestina Fosuh and Faustina Fosuh, the musician allegedly drove Odo Broni out of their home weeks before he passed away.
In an interview with ZionFelix, Nana Sarfo said that although the family recognized Odo Broni as Lumba’s partner, the two were never officially married. He claimed that even the family head, Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu, confirmed that Odo Broni herself admitted she was not legally married to the late singer.
“Abusuapanin Kofi Owusu told me that Odo Broni herself confessed that Lumba never married her,” Nana Sarfo said.
“Those who are saying Akosua Serwaa has divorced, ask where the woman who was living with the man is. If she was not sacked from the house, why did she have to beg through some respected people before being allowed back?” he questioned.
He also revealed that their relationship was troubled, contrary to the public image of a perfect love story.
Nana Sarfo alleged that Odo Broni was forced to leave the musician’s house after a misunderstanding and only returned two weeks before his death through the intervention of respected individuals.
The revelations deepen the ongoing controversy surrounding Daddy Lumba’s personal life and property, as his first wife, Akosua Serwah, continues to clash with the family over burial and marital claims.
Neither Odo Broni nor the family head has publicly addressed Nana Sarfo’s statements.
