Delay will know no peace unless she begs- Late Akua Donkor’s family
Media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, also known as Delay, has received a harsh ultimatum from the family of the late Akua Donkor, a politician from Ghana and the founder of the Ghana Freedom Party. They want him to apologize for remarks he made about the late politician that they believe were disrespectful.
The politician was disrespected by Delay’s comments in an interview with Akua Donkor, according to the family, who are upset and demanding a formal apology to mend the rift.
A family spokeswoman told the media that the family was deeply disappointed and that Delay’s apparent disdain went too far, especially since Akua Donkor, a well-known public personality, was also a cherished family matriarch.
“She can’t invite someone onto her platform and insult them,” the family spokesperson stated. “Our mother may be gone, but if Delay wants peace of mind, she should come to our family house and apologize to our family head, or she will face our wrath.”
The dispute arose after Delay’s interview with Akua Donkor on her popular talk show. During the interview, Delay posed questions that some viewers saw as challenging or even provocative, leading to backlash from the late politician’s supporters.
