MzGee, who has become a well-known name in Ghana’s entertainment scene, announced that she is no longer married to Raymond Acquah.

She used to host United Showbiz on UTV and shared this news in a straightforward vlog on her social media, putting an end to long-standing rumors about her marital status.

She revealed that she and Raymond have been living apart for three years and have been officially divorced for two years.

Initially, MzGee wanted to keep her personal life private, but she decided to speak up now because her child was becoming part of the conversation.

She also clarified her identity, asking everyone to address her correctly in the future.

“My name is Gloria Akpene Nyarku. I have no documentation that bears the name Acquah. I know this is because once upon a time you knew a certain Raymond Acquah who I was married to. Unfortunately, I have been separated from Raymond Acquah for three years and divorced officially from him for two years, so I don’t have any ties to him,” she revealed in the emotional video.

“I wouldn’t have responded to or addressed it because it is nobody’s business what I did with my private life, but now there’s a child involved, and I do not want him growing up to be confused about his paternity. I have no business whatsoever anymore with Raymond Acquah,” she stated.

“I see that people want to attach us. Yes, maybe you didn’t know; it’s ok. My name is Gloria Akpene Nyarku. No Acquah attached. Please let the gentleman breathe,” she emphasized.
