Following his recent incarceration, which was purportedly caused by fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah, better known by his stage name as Lil Win, veteran Kumawood actor Oboy Siki has spoken out. Oboy Siki addressed the matter in a video that was uploaded on the YouTube page of SMART Ghana TV.
He made it clear that he had no personal animosity toward the “The Country Called Ghana” actor.
Oboy Siki addressed the issue and clarified that his contentious comments against Lil Win were made in jest and not intentionally.
“My statements against him were identical to those I made when others approached him, and I have been standing up for him ever since he began performing. I intended for what I stated about Lil Win to be interpreted as lighthearted. “I just played,” he said.
Lil Win’s critics allegedly bribed the senior actor to damage his image, but the actor denied this. He promised that going forward, he would refrain from saying anything that may be seen as disparaging Lil Win.
