Jordan Ayew Calls on Ghanaians to Pray for Black Stars Ahead of Crucial World Cup Matches

Ghana captain Jordan Ayew has appealed to Ghanaians to continue supporting and praying for the Ghana national football team as the team prepares for important World Cup matches.
Speaking at a send-off event in Alexandria, Virginia, before the squad’s departure to Rhode Island, Jordan Ayew acknowledged the challenge ahead, noting that the team faces three crucial fixtures.
According to the forward, the Black Stars are determined to make the nation proud despite the difficulties that lie ahead.
“We have three massive games for us, and we want to make you guys proud, we want to make Ghana proud,” he said.
Ayew admitted that the matches will not be easy but expressed confidence that the team’s efforts, combined with the support of Ghanaians, can lead to success.
“Obviously, it’s not going to be easy, but with your prayers and your support, hopefully we’ll be successful,” he added.
The Leicester City forward also thanked Ghanaians for their continued support and urged them to keep believing in the team.
“We want to thank everyone for your support and keep on praying for us because we’re here to make history,” he stated.
The Black Stars will be hoping to secure positive results in the upcoming matches as they continue their quest for World Cup success.
