Ahead of the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), well-renowned Ghanaian rapper Samuel Frimpong, best known by his stage name Medikal, has announced his support for compatriot Gregory Bortey Newman, better known as King Promise.
He claimed that King Promise was deserving of the Artiste of the Year award on X, previously Twitter.
At this year’s tournament, King Promise has received five nominations, putting him in a rematch with Stonebwoy, last year’s winner.
