Kwadwo Sheldon, the Ghanaian YouTuber and content producer, threatened to sue the estate management following a torrential downpour that submerged his house in Accra.
The online celebrity vented his frustration on X (previously Twitter), revealing the magnitude of the damage and denouncing what he accused the estate developers or administration of doing carelessly.
Kwadwo Sheldon stated in his post, “This is on the estate, and they are about to know what time it is in court.”” According to the statement, he intends to file a lawsuit against the estate, holding it responsible for the flooding and the ensuing harm to his property.
Following Sunday’s heavy rains, which caused flooding in several neighborhoods, including Kwadwo Sheldon’s home, the incident sparked a public discussion about the persistent problems with inadequate drainage and infrastructure in residential areas, particularly newly constructed estates.
