Ghanaian Dancehall musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah known as Shatta Wale has said that Mark Okraku Mantey can’t do anything for the music industry.
Addressing the issue about non payment of royalties to Ghanaian musicians, Shatta Wale made it clearly that he will buy house before paying taxes to the government.
