MDK uploaded a picture of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo with the hashtag “#NewProfilePic” and renamed his account to “Mr. President.”

On November 6, 2022, Elon Musk, Twitter’s newly selected CEO, stated that the firm “going ahead” will not tolerate impersonation on the network.

The world’s richest man, a millionaire, declared: “Any name change at all would result in a temporary loss of the verified checkmark.”
