Nana Ama McBrown Begs US Embasy To Lift Her Travel Ban Of Over 20 Years

Actress and television personality Nana Ama McBrown has appealed to the US Embassy in Ghana to reevaluate a travel restriction that was placed on her a few years ago.

In March 2023, McBrown said that she had been deported from the United States in 2001, which led to her acting after returning to Ghana.

When the actress was introduced as the presenter of Onua TV’s Onua Showtime, she told Captain Smart that her uncle had brought her to the United States but had her stay terminated since she was deported soon after.

The subject of McBrown’s expulsion from the United States was brought up again in a recent discussion with Bola Ray on Starr FM’s Starr Chat.

In her conversation with Bola, the famous actress fervently pleaded with the US Embassy to reevaluate and maybe revoke her ban.

She claims that she is not a horrible person and that she has kept up a solid record after the incident.

“And I’m pleading with them. Please give me another chance, American Embassy. I’m not a horrible guy based on my record.

I’ve always been a decent person. Because I wanted to make amends and I truly recognized what I had done,”
she begged.
