Nigerian music star Innocent Idibia, famously known as 2Face, has proposed to Natasha Osawaru, a lawmaker from Edo State, creating a buzz on social media.
A video captures the moment 2Face presents a ring to Osawaru, followed by their embrace.
This proposal came not long after 2Face admitted to being romantically involved with Osawaru, following his split from his wife, Annie Idibia.
In response to rumors, 2Face used Instagram to clarify the situation. He stood up for Osawaru against accusations of her being a homewrecker and expressed his real feelings for her.
He stated, “Hon. Natasha has been dragged and called all sorts of names.
She is a young, brilliant, amazing woman and had nothing to do with what happened between me and Annie.
Yes, I love her, and I want to marry her.”
The proposal has led to mixed reactions online.
Many people have criticized 2Baba, labeling him a poor spouse and accusing him of mistreating Annie Idibia and being unfaithful multiple times.
Meanwhile, there are reports that Annie Idibia is receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center after her separation from the well-known musician 2Baba.
