PharmaTrust Professional College Leads 2026 Valuvite MCA Awards with Multiple Institutional and Individual Nominations
PharmaTrust Professional College has secured multiple nominations at the 2026 Valuvite Medicine Counter Assistants Awards, marking a strong presence across institutional and individual categories in Ghana’s pharmaceutical training space.
The institution has been nominated for MCA Institution of the Year, recognizing its consistent contribution to training skilled Medicine Counter Assistants who support healthcare delivery across the country.
PharmaTrust Pharmacy Broadcasting Retail has also earned a nomination for Best Internship Facility of the Year, highlighting its practical training environment and industry-focused learning experience.
In addition, two students from the college, Enock Bansah, Ampofoa Beatrice have been nominated for Best MCA Student of the Year, while four lecturers, Dr(Pharm) Chief Adult Frimpong, Dr(Pharm) Samuel Abu Sarfo, Mr Romeo Gamed, and Pharm Kafui have also been shortlisted for Best MCA Lecturer of the Year. These multiple nominations reflect the institution’s broad impact on both academic excellence and professional development within the pharmaceutical sector.
The awards are organized by Elegant Health Limited in collaboration with the Association of Medicine Counter Assistant Ghana. They celebrate excellence in training, practice, and contribution to pharmacy support services nationwide.
A major development for the 2026 edition is the strategic partnership between Valuvite, a product of PharmaTrust, Elegant Health, and AMCAG. Valuvite now serves as the title sponsor, and the event will officially be called the Valuvite MCA Awards 2026 across all platforms.
The sponsorship is expected to significantly boost the visibility of the awards, which targets over 25,000 medicine counter assistants nationwide. It also strengthens Valuvite’s engagement with stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry while enhancing brand positioning and trust.

The Valuvite MCA Awards 2026 will take place on 9th May 2026 at GNAT Hall, Adabraka, Accra, under the theme “Celebrating Excellence in Medicine Counter Assistants.”
