Unlike some other musicians, Michael Owusu Addo, well known as Sarkodie has managed to brand himself as a none-smoker.
He is known to have one of the most successful music brands in Ghana. Over the years, he has been known as a none-smoker until in recent times, some photos that surfaced online suggested otherwise.
Sarkodie has been spotted in viral photos smoking heavily and that came as a shock to most of his fans on social media.
Shatta Wale, a colleague, made a sly dig at him in a Snapchat article, saying that Ghanaian music has now turned into smoking.
Despite the fact that Sarkodie has been nicknamed “the branding man” for quite some time, he said that everyone is smoking because of him in his tweet, and then proceeded to make the “smoking branding” comment.
Shatta Wale wrote; “Now dierr smoking nkwaaa for Ghana music oooBecause of me everyone is smoking on cam smoking branding“
