According to reports, Black Stars captain Andre Dede Ayew is almost ready to make his first appearance for the national team in almost a decade.
Currently playing for Le Havre in the French Ligue 1, the 35-year-old attacker is anticipated to be included in Ghana’s team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in March.
The last time Ayew played for the Black Stars was in June. He has since been excluded from the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifications as well as the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
