“The whole of Ghana nobody can do Amapiano more than me” – Chief One Brags
Most artists have jumped on the South African Amapiano music movement, which has unexpectedly taken over the music scene.
The 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) ‘Best New Artiste’ nominee Chief One has declared himself to be Ghana’s hardest Amapiano performer.
“In the whole of Ghana nobody can do Amapiano more than me, I’m the hardest from Ghana so far,” he disclosed to Amansan Krakye monitored by Dklassgh.com
He revealed “A lot of South African media can confirm that I’m the hardest from this side that’s why they are saying Chief One can do only Amapiano.
He added “But the fact is even if you enter the Volta Region the sound from our side is just like the Amapiano vibes, we play a lot of musical instruments just like the Amapiano.
“So I don’t take those comments as anything because I’m the hardest from this side when it comes to Amapiano or good music that’s what I do and that’s the fact,” he ended on Cape Coast-based Property FM.
