It is alleged that the thief was about to flee with a cell phone he stole but he couldn’t leave.

The thief in the video was surrounded by a large number of people who were clearly the locals of the area where he went to steal.

The locals chose to teach him a lesson rather than sending him to the local police station to wait for the law to take its course.

As though he were going to be sacrificed to the gods the locals decided to film the thief getting his bushy hair shaved.
