Mzvee Sacks Her Mum From Her Home Studio After She Refused To Drop Freestyle (Video)

MzVee, the Ghanaian afro-pop singer, was patient with her mother when she came into her home studio to record a verse.

Madam Florence Hamenoo-Kpeda and MzVee’s sister paid a visit to the former Lynx Entertainment signees at their house and decided to utilize her home studio to record them.

When Madam Hamenoo-Kpeda was given permission to drop certain spicy bars, she chose to sing hymns instead.

After failing to impress her mother with sizzling bars, MzVee inflated her mother till she became “boring.” MzVee’s sister is heard stating in a video she shared on Instagram, “Mummy, stop singing and rap.” MzVee, evidently fed up with her mother, blasted her: “Mommy, it’s all right. “Please return home.”

The video elicited a lot of yelling in the comments section from her admirers.

MzVee has a close relationship with her mother, who has influenced her life choices.

The “Come and See My Mother” singer revealed to Zionfelix in May that her mother has been pressing her to marry.

Her mother, she claims, contacts her every morning to inquire about her wedding plans.

She calls me every morning. I’m not sure whether there is a schedule for getting married. She claims I’ve promised her since I was 25, and I’m now 29,” she explained.

“I can’t guarantee her anything. If I do, I will perish. I’m not sure when I’ll be married, and I don’t think it’ll be something I can just do – it needs to be natural. I’ve been in a few of relationships.”
