Hollywood Actress Halima Abubakar has advised her female fans to save their own lives by starting to wash out the blood from their used pads. She said it may sound dirty, but for the good of yourself, you need to wash the blood off.

According to the actress, she has hit an old friend of hers twice with her used pad, so she has now advised herself to wash out her blood from the used pads.
