Heartless Okraku Mantey caused my FAILURE in music – Mzbel wails
Mzbel born Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, has blamed her failure in the music industry on producer and pundit Mark Okraku Matey.
According to her, Okraku and some other media personalities set out an agenda to make her fail in the music industry and they achieved it perfectly.
She said in a post sighted by MyNewsGh.com “My sabotage started from way back which was started by two strong guys in the media because they didn’t like my brand. One of them works at Multimedia and they made sure that every award scheme, I was taken out. Anything that will glorify and benefit the Mzbel brand, they make sure that I am cut out.
I lost so many gigs and endorsement deals because they said I was controversial in a negative way. It was serious sabotage. When I did 16 years, I was 23 years and it was just a song. See this amazing song that went everywhere, it was huge in almost all the African countries but I didn’t win an award for it in Ghana, because these same people, Okraku Mantey is one of them.
They sat on the radio and analyzed the song to the point where it looked like a bad song. If I meet him today, I will walk away without saying anything because he didn’t want me to achieve anything but I have done a lot for myself” Mzbel said in a recent interview”.
