Lilwin postpones Sunyani premiere out of respect for late 3-year-old boy

Award-winning Ghanaian Comedian, Lilwin born Kwadwo Nkansah has postponed the premiere of his movie, “A Country Called Ghana” in Kumasi.

This choice was made out of reverence for the 3-year-old who lost his life as a result of Lilwin’s Kumasi accident.

According to a statement from his group, the event will take place at a later date that would be announced.

It further used the opportunity to apologise to the people of Ghana for their earlier statement which was deemed insensitive to the plight of the bereaved family.

Lilwin used the opportunity to call on the people of Ghana to pray for him, his manager and security detail who are receiving treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
