Desmond Kwesi Blackmore, better known by his stage name D Black, popular Ghanaian rapper and the founder of Black Avenue Muzik. He revealed that he had his first child while still in his final year of university.
The musician nicknamed “Enjoyment Minister” clarified that he was 22 years old when his girlfriend became pregnant and gave birth to their first child in an interview with Sammy Kay on the Go online show.
D Black went on to say that he wasn’t financially secure at the moment, didn’t have an song on the radio, and didn’t have much at the time, so he didn’t have the intention of aborting the child with his mother.

Meanwhile, Gyakie, the present artiste of the moment, has stated that she does not make music with the intention of reaching the top of the charts.
Gyakie, the legendary Nana Acheampong’s daughter, stated this in a tweet after being named one of the top five highest performing afrobeats artists on the Global Digital Artiste Ranking.
