There was nothing linking me to drugs – Abu Trica claims

Ghanaian socialite Frederick Kumi Popularly known as Abu Trica has denied any involvement in drug-related activities while speaking about his detention by the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC).
In an interview with Captain Smart on Onua TV, Abu Trica maintained that he has never engaged in narcotics-related offences.
“I have never been involved in drug-related activities,” he stated.
According to the socialite, investigations conducted during the case did not uncover any evidence connecting him to illegal drug activities.
“NACOC carried out their checks and received information that I had no history of involvement in drug-related activities. Despite that, I was still detained,” he claimed.
Abu Trica insisted that he was innocent of the allegations that led to his detention and questioned why he remained in custody despite the findings he referenced.
His remarks form part of a series of revelations he has been making about his experience while being held by NACOC, as public interest in the case continues to grow.
