Mr. Yussif arrived at the court premises early and appeared confident ahead of the hearing, only to be left stranded for hours when his legal representative failed to show up.

Eyewitnesses at the court described the scene as tense and emotional as the young politician who many have also describe as very disrespectful and has no sanity for his fellow human moved in and out of the courtroom making frantic phone calls.

Court officials and judge were later forced to adjourn proceedings after it became clear that counsel for the petitioner was absent and not available to move the case forward.

The unexpected development has so far left some AUCB students disappointed, especially after weeks of too much noise from Mr. Yussif camp ahead of the court hearing.
