The organizers of Volta Youth Awards, formerly Volta Teen Awards has released the full list of nominees for the second edition of the prestigious award scheme.

The first edition was held in November 2019 and awarded hardworking youngsters in the Volta Region who are making waves in music, comedy, fashion, entrepreneurship, and other important fields.

This annual awards ceremony established to celebrate true inspirational success, recognize, project, and honor hardworking personalities and brands whose relentless efforts have aided in the growth of the entrepreneur, entertainment, and creative art industry in the volta Land (Volta Region)

Online and USSD voting for the awards started on Thursday 8th October and ends at 26th November. 

The main event will be hosted in Ho, Freedom Hotel on 27th November 2020 at 6 pm. The dress code is strictly official. Voting and event details amongst others will be communicated to you before 10th November 

The event will strictly observe all the COVID-19 safety Protocols

Ghanaian rapper Kwame Nsiah-Apau, known by his stage name and nicknamed Rap Doctor, opened up in a recent interview with YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon about how he and rapper and cum singer Martin King Arthur made up a great song together.

According to the veteran rapper who reevaluated in the interview, he envies Kofi Kinaata for his lyrical prowess. He also revealed how Kofi was able to write his chorys with ease and, in the end, even helped him () write some rap lines.

When asked which elements propel him to come out with nice songs, rapper Okyeame Kwmane revealed that he gets to the studio happily to make songs; not drugs or anything else pushes him to write good songs. However, he revealed that he feels best when the lights in the studio are on and clear to enhance his rapping prowess.

In this same interview, Okyeame Kwame revealed that he is a happy person, he does not hold grudges, and he is compassionate.
