From Event Organizing To The Owner Of The Top Seafood Supplier In Ghana, Airlly Speaks About His Journey

Success they always say comes in many forms, all it takes is a risk, dedication and consistency. Charles Elikplim Draphor who happens to be the CEO of Deep Fresh Sea Food And More has narrated how his life changed after risking some time of his life to be one of the best Seafood suppliers in Ghana.

Speaking in an interview with Ellen Appiah Ampofo on 3FM, Charles who is populalrly known as Airlly revealed that he used to be an event organizer under his own event management but had to break due to the outbreak of the deadly pandemic.

Talking about his journey, Airlly said that he has always confined himself at home entertaining himself with TikTok and Netflix when a friend told him that he will be useless if he fails to make money during the lockdown which was imposed some time ago.

Airlly revealed that he never took the friend's statement serious until he went out to buy some shrimps for himself and posted it on social media. He said someone reached out to him and requested for some of the shrimps and he had to sell what he was about to consume.

A few days later, the same person reached out to him again and requested for some more of the shrimps and it was then Airlly had the idea to establish his very own Seafood company which has become the biggest in the country.

Airlly said that one of his challenges as a sole proprietor is his delivery services. He said that most of his custormers complain about his delivery guys being rude and some reporting late.

Airlly who is so passionate about his business sometimes has to deliver the products himself but to him, it gives him the chance to talk to his customers and introduce other seafoods to them.

Charles Eliplim Draphor has proven that success always comes to you when you take the necessary risk and consistency.
