“There Is Too Much Hypocrisy In The Music Industry” – Jahlead Cries Out

Emmanuel Essel Ackom, better known as JahLead, expressed his thoughts on the current state of the music industry. He referred to his colleagues as hypocrites.

In an exclusive interview with Akorfa of 3fm 92.7 on the Morning Showbiz show dubbed 3fm Sunrise, Jahlead confirmed the hypocrisy among musicians.

When I say there’s a variety, I mean there’s a lot of hypocrisy. “As a result, we don’t value each other,” he said.
According to the musician, his song “Pretenders” depicts what every artiste in the industry goes through, finding it difficult to identify and appreciate successful artists.

Are you aware that I have a song titled Pretenders? This song encapsulates all that is going on in the music industry. This is something that not only I, but every artist, is aware of, and we have been crying about it for a long time.’

Featured musicians in the industry, according to the Lonely hitmaker, do not favor collaborative songs. “When you feature an artist, he doesn’t even tweet about it, because he doesn’t do anything about it,” he added. You have an artist on your song, but there is no support.”

“I agree that future generations will consider me amazing. Except not those who want to be senior men or to be ahead of us in any way. It’s the younger people who are telling me you’re a legend and that you’re amazing, and they’re inspiring me. That in itself is a greater honor for me.”
