Kids in Tourism Ghana “Kids Tour France” schedule for June 2023 – Book Now

Kids in Tourism Ghana, it's an NPO that has collaborated with Ghana Tourism Authority and Ministry of Tourism to introduce our younger ones to the Tourism and Cultural Potentials of Ghana and the World as a whole.

Kids in Tourism Ghana Operates by forming tourism clubs in basic schools, as part of their activities they are organizing a Kids tour to France This summer.

It's crucial to expose our children to different cultures and countries. One way to do it is by enrolling them in the Kids Tour France program by Kids in Tourism Ghana. This program provides a unique opportunity for kids to learn about France's culture, history, and language. It's a great way to broaden their horizons and encourage a love for learning. Let's give our children the gift of education and exploration!

This fun and educational trip is specially curated for young travelers between the ages of 8 and 16 as they explore the stunning architecture, rich history, and delicious cuisine of this beautiful country.

The tour will give kids a chance to explore the famous landmarks and attractions of France, while also enjoying a range of fun activities and cultural experiences. From visiting the Eiffel Tower and Palace of Versailles to trying French cuisine and learning about French history, this tour offers an exciting way for kids to learn and have fun.

ABOUT KIDS IN TOURISM GHANA

The Kids In Tourism ( KIT ) Ghana, is a  duly registered and accredited international Kids tourism club that works in collaboration with Ghana Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, with the aim of introducing Kids to outdoor tourism offerings in Ghana and Africa as a whole. 

KIT was initiated on February 12, 2015 and was officially launched on December 12, 2017, at the OSU Palace in the Greater Accra Region, under the Chairmanship of His Royal Highness, Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona VI, Chief of OSU Traditional Area and the President of the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs, under the Theme ” PATRIOTISM THROUGH TOURISM”. 

The VISION of KIT is to educate our younger ones by exposing and instilling in them the rich tourism and cultural resources of Mother Africa with a view to helping to develop their creative skills. 

Since its inception, KIT has successfully undertaken the following events/programmes:
– Annual Kids Tourism Fairs ( 2015 till date ) in the Greater Accra and Ashanti Regions
-Sanitation and Environmental Cleanliness Activities,
-Ist Ever Junior Tourism Ambassador (3rd August 2019), -Participation in International Children's Festival (Europe),
-Appearances at national events,
-Resource meetings for kids,
-Excursions,
-Classroom activities, ie story times, local delicacy, creative talents hunt and knowing Ghana, amongst others.

Currently, we have a membership of about 12000 kids spread across the Greater Accra, Central and Ashanti Regions of Ghana. We are currently working on launching a chapter in South Africa and Nigeria along side Bono Region, Northern Region, and Bono East Regions of Ghana.  

As part of our achievements, the Kids In Tourism Ghana has picked 2 Honorary Tourism Awards,

• GT Accra Honorary Award for promoting domestic Tourism in the GT Accra Region 2018
• National Honorary Award for promoting domestic Tourism In Ghana 2020
