Man of the moment, Black Sherif, the hip-life superstar, has responded to fans who were curious about the identity of the “Kweku Frimpong” he mentioned in the song “Second Sermon.”

Recall that Black Sherif released the song “Second Sermon” a few days ago as a follow-up to his earlier song “First Sermon,” and the song is now dominating different charts and trending on social media.

‘Kweku Frimpong de asem b3 ba’ is a line from the song that seems to be popular and has become a word in Ghana, and fans have been wondering who the ‘Kweku Frimpong’ Black Sherif mentioned is.

In an exclusive interview this morning on Accra-based radio station Hitz FM’s “Day Break Hitz” morning program hosted by famous disc jockey and musician Andy Dosty, the young singer revealed that “Kweku Frimpong” is a role he portrayed in the song.

He went on to say that he understands why fans are curious about who this “Kweku Frimpong” is, and that he will expose the actual identity of “Kweku Frimpong” on his next song.

After the popularity of the first two tracks, Blacko indicated in the interview that fans should expect more “sermon” songs from him until his upcoming Extended Playlist is ready. He claimed he’s working on his debut EP and would release several versions of the preaching tracks till it’s finished.
