“My Musical Career Was Inspired By Kwesi Arthur” – Yaw Tog Reveals

Yaw Tog has said that his love for music and motivation came from Ground Up rapper, Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur, also known as Kwesi Arthur.

In an interview with E-Vibes, the rapper said that he used to play football but that his mother forbade him from doing so, so he opted to try his luck in music instead.

He said that he began listening to Kwesi Arthur's songs and writing his own rap lines because he was no longer able to play football and was bored at home after school.

When I got home from school, I was like, “No, let me do something.” So that's how I got into music writing. Kwesi Arthur was a tremendous motivation for my music career because of Kwesi Arthur, “he remarked.
