Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Daniel Benson aka BNXN has broken his silence after an old tweet of him begging for N200 airtime, spaghetti, money and sharwama surfaced online.

The singer’s fans on X platform, formerly known as Twitter had dug up the tweets with many mocking him about his humble beginnings.

Reacting to the resurfaced tweets, Buju BNXN urged his followers to see beyond the comedy and learn from his experience. He revealed that he went after his dreams and was able to achieve it, so they should do same and believe. He wrote:

“I hope you draw some sort of inspiration asides from the comedy from all this. I went after every dream I had and overcame. You can too . Believe. ❤️

All I feel is gratitude to God almighty. Una no go fit fully understand. Twitter doesn’t slap like before btw 😔”
