The manager of Ghana’s celebrated Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, Sammy Baah, also known as Sammy Flex, has thrown some missiles at gatekeepers in the industry.
For implying that he is losing his reputation simply by standing up for his artist, he calls them beasts.
Sammy Flex revealed this in a social media post, saying that the industry is full of damage and that he and the Shatta Movement group are prepared to get dirty by going door-to-door with gatekeepers.
He cannot fathom why the industry folks keep being critical of Shatta Wale but cannot support him genuinely like they do for their favourite artistes.
His post read “I checked and they never posted. Meanwhile, they will attack him and post promotional videos from their favorite. When Sammy Flex fights back, they say he is losing his reputation or he has lost his respect. Mo ye mmoaa paaa all those with this irritating attitude. Nyame ahu mo nyinaaa… From today, we will be inspecting your posts about the Shatta Movement camp for appropriate responses cos you guys mean destruction more than your so called industry attitude. Battle lines drawn whether good or bad. See you soon”.
