“I Still Join Queues To Buy G)be, Fame Never Changed Me” – D Cryme
Darlington Kwasi Agyekum, popularly known as D Cryme, the outstanding Ghanaian rapper, has said that being renowned in Ghana for his music has never stopped him from living the everyday life that most people know him for.
After becoming renowned for one or two reasons, it is extremely common for most people to change their lifestyle. Instead of keeping to their usual routines, they want to live extravagantly to add a splash of color to their lives and brands now that they have made a little money.
Only a few celebrities are able to maintain their old lives after becoming a national topic of conversation and having their names on virtually everyone's lips in the country.
In an interview with Hammer on Pure FM, D Cryme claimed that fame hasn't affected him since he lives a normal life like any other Ghanaian. Despite his celebrity, he said that he still queues to buy his favorite dish, “Gob3” (Beans and Gari).
