“Stonebwoy Just Want People To See Me As A Bad Person, I Never Insulted His Dead Mother” – Shatta Wale
Fans reacted strongly when Shatta Wale’s public relations manager, Sammy Flex, gave Stonebwoy a 48-hour deadline to provide proof of the accusation after his interview with Saddick Adams on Angel Fm, few weeks ago.
A few weeks later, on April 8, 2026, Shatta Wale personally responded to the accusation in a live TikTok session, vehemently denying ever making such a claim. He said that a screenshot that was doing the rounds had been misconstrued and was really a reply to a Joy FM post rather than a remark aimed at Stonebwoy.
He said:
If I ever said such a thing about Stonebwoy, then someone should prove it, because I do everything openly on the internet, especially when it comes to entertainment. That screenshot being referenced was in response to Joy FM; it was from an old video. I was not referring to Stonebwoy.
He keeps repeating this, and I keep asking myself why. Even if I lacked judgement, I would never make such a statement about someone’s death. It is time he stopped. Why does he want people to see me as a bad person?
