REVENGE : How Kwame Ato first attacked a member of the gang who butchered him

Notorious illegal mining kingpin Kwame Ato is in critical condition at the hospital after a violent clash with a rival gang left him severely injured.
Eyewitnesses say the confrontation escalated when Kwame Ato’s brother allegedly fired the first shot at a rival known as Alhassan. The gunfire sparked chaos, leading to a brutal assault on Ato during the fight.
The incident has intensified concerns over the growing influence of illegal mining gangs and their violent turf wars.
Residents in the area remain fearful as tensions between rival groups continue to rise.
However, the bullet failed to penetrate Alhassan, who is said to have been spiritually fortified.
The tables quickly turned as Alhassan and his associates captured Kwame Ato.
In the ensuing assault, they sliced his head, severed some of his fingers, undressed him, and destroyed his charms. The attackers also unalived Kwame Ato’s brother during the chaos.
Emerging reports suggest the clash was an act of revenge. It has been reported that Kwame Ato and his gang had earlier attacked a rival gang member for trespassing on galamsey land under their control.
A disturbing video circulating on social media shows Kwame Ato and his men violently assaulting the rival gang member.
In the footage, police officers can be seen at the scene attempting to restore order, but the galamsey kingpin defied police instructions and continued manhandling the victim.
Witnesses claim that had it not been for the intervention of law enforcement, the rival gang member might have been unalived on the spot.
