Often, indie artists face an uphill battle trying to get their music heard, as they typically have far fewer financial resources to promote their music than major labels do. Despite the struggle, many labels have survived, and thrived, for years, and many other indie labels may not have lasted forever but had a tremendous impact on music both creatively and in terms of business.
The struggle to musical freedom has birthed a new activity that will help boost the works of artists. This initiative is designed to bring all musically inclined bodies together. With the aid of a single beat, both mainstream and underground artistes will display their lyrical prowess on the “VideoCypher” instrumentals. The Cypher beat is  officially engineered by fast rising  producers Volta Region can boast of, LonelyBeatz Rekordz.
About the #VideoCypher.
The #VideoCypher is scheduled to commence every week. Organizers we will hand-pick 10 rappers randomly to be featured on a beat. Each artist will unleash 16 bars on the beat (No restrictions to swear words). The maximum duration for the cypher beat(s) produced by the engineers mentioned above will be 7 minutes throughout. After production, there will be both the clean and ‘dirty' version of each record produced by the fast rising engineer, LonelyBeatz.
These artistes will fall under these music genres: Hip-hop, R&B,
, Dancehall/Reggae, and hiplife.
Artistes who take part in the cypher will get promotional features both locally and internationally amid other packages. This also comes along with a monthly premium music rotation on Hype TV as well as Dklassgh.com and all affiliate platforms.
