#FixTheCountry: “The Fake Promises Will Stop” – Yvonne Nelson
Ghanaian actress and film producer, Yvonne Nelson, has stated that people would continue to put pressure on lawmakers to change their methods of lying to the public.
According to her, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) false promises have been revealed, and with pressure on the government, the government will take people seriously next time.
She mentioned this in a tweet as part of her current campaign for the country’s repair.
In the tweet, she wrote;
“We will MOUNT THE PRESSURE! They will start taking us seriously! The fake promises will STOP! #FixTheCountry@NAkufoAddo@MBawumia“.
Prior to the 2016 election, the New Patriotic Party made many commitments to Ghanaians.
These pledges seemed like paradise on earth and gave people hope for a revolution in the government, but based on social media ads, that does not seem to be the case, as residents in the world continue to protest.

While in other news, According to Efia Odo,if work pays well, fewer people will partake in prostitution. She claims that not everyone who has sex for a living is sincerely involved in the business. They don’t have a say, though.
Poorly paying work and a high cost of living, according to the socialite who has joined the Better Ghana Agenda, are strongly linked to prostitution in Ghana. She explained the importance of everyone joining the battle against poor governance in a video shared on her official Twitter account.
