GhaNaija Music Awards To Be Launched In Ghana

In July, Ghana will host the inauguration of the Ghana Music Naija Awards. The initiative would bring together artists from Ghana and Nigeria, two West African countries, to be recognized for their hard work and originality.

The Country Representatives for the scheme, as well as the categories, are scheduled to be announced at the Accra launch.

The main event is anticipated to take place in Nigeria by the end of 2021. The event will also be held in the United Kingdom and the United States, according to current plans.

The awards ceremony was created to recognize and honor musical accomplishments, abilities, and inventiveness in Ghana and Nigeria while also promoting African cultural heritage.

A jury of experienced African cultural, media, and music business experts/professionals, as well as public voting, determine which musicians are recognized.
