Jay Z Reveals The Most Important Album In His Catalog

The “most important” record in Jay-Z's discography has been made public.

Jay Z discussed how his third album, Vol. 2: Hard Knock Life, was a turning point in his career in an in-depth interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.

“It's the album that's the most important because it's the one where I perfected my songwriter craft and learned how to balance making exactly what I want,” the musician stated.
