Granger also made significant contributions to the literary world through a series of cookbooks, including “Bill’s Sydney Food” in 2000. He also appeared in various media, including a six-part series on BBC2 in 2005 and a seven-part television series in 2009. Granger’s influence extended to the airwaves, where he shared his culinary insights on ABC Radio 702 and BBC Lifestyle in 2013. In 2011, he became The Independent on Sunday’s weekly food columnist, solidifying his status as a respected authority in the culinary realm.
