“It’s Crap For Shatta Wale To Say My Husband Sells Waakye And Lives In His Father’s House” – Reggie Rockstone’s Wife

The wife of seasoned Ghanaian musician Reggie Rockstone, Dr. Zilla Limann, has reacted to artist Shatta Wale over a remark he made about their Waakye company that seemed to diminish their social standing.

She said that she was furious when her husband, Reggie Rockstone, informed her that Shatta Wale had made a disparaging remark about their Waakye company. She conveyed her disapproval, but she chose not to make it known to the public.

Although she said that Shatta Wale enjoys discussing people’s problems in public to be relevant, she found his remark to be offensive.

The late president’s daughter, Dr. Zilla Limann, lashed out at Shatta Wale for attacking their company during an interview that aired on 3FM’s UrbanBlend program.

“When Shatta Wale said that this is a big man who lives in his father’s house and is selling Waakye, how did it make you feel?” said Blakk Rasta, the show’s presenter, during the conversation.

In response, Dr. Zilla Limann said, “I’m not big on social media, so you know if anybody who knows me knows that.” Reggie told me the first time, and I said, “What is it to you? It’s crap.” In what ways does that benefit or enliven you? Why is it that individuals enjoy discussing people?

She continued, “And if you didn’t, then his stuff is not for you. if I’m selling Waakye and so on? Am I not representing Ghana? Am I not representing something in general? Something that we own is putting us on the map. What are you doing? What right do you have to come and stand and talk about what I am doing when I’m working hard? We eat waakye every day.
