“Sammy Flex Is The Best Manager I’ve Worked With” – Shatta Wale

The self-acclaimed King of Dancehall, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, better known as Shatta Wale, has thanked his manager, Sammy Flex, and said he is the finest of all his previous managers. throughout a Saturday interview on Onua Showbiz.


Speaking candidly, Shatta Wale said he frequently disagreed with the expectations of his previous managers, which caused him to run into difficulties.

Nonetheless, he said Sammy Flex satisfies his demands as an artist and listens to him.

“For the Shatta Movement, Sammy Flex is Moses.” Simply put, I enjoy that he is listening to me. He is patient and pays attention to what is going on, and I want to admire that. He remarked, “Every manager I have worked with will give me chicken if I say I want Gari.”

“A manager who comes into your life and tries to control you as an established artist—that is where I have issues with most people who come into my life. I will say kudos to him [Sammy Flex]. I like people who want to follow,” he added.

The occasion, organized by the Preschool department, aimed to introduce young learners to the origin and significance of the color yellow.

Dressed in cheerful yellow attire, both teachers and students adorned the school premises, creating a picturesque scene reminiscent of a sunlit morning. The event was more than just a visual spectacle; it was an opportunity for interactive learning and exploration.

Throughout the day, preschoolers engaged in various activities centered around the color yellow. From informative talks to creative art projects and lively face painting sessions, every moment was designed to captivate young minds and foster a deeper understanding of the significance of colors in our world.

Ghana’s parliament finally passes Anti-LGBT+ Law

's Parliament has unanimously passed a new law criminalizing activities related to the LGBTQ+ community.

After nearly three years of extensive deliberation, Ghanaian Legislators have finally passed a tough new bill that imposes a prison sentence of up to three years for anyone convicted of identifying as LGBTQ+. It also imposes a maximum five-year jail term for forming or funding LGBTQ+ groups.

The bill, which has been widely condemned by several rights activists, was approved unanimously on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 following the completion of the third reading.

Proposed amendments to the bill were rejected by the Speaker, Alban Bagbin, during the session. The bill, which had the backing of 's two major political parties, i.e. the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) will come into effect only if President Nana Akufo-Addo signs it into law.

He had previously said that he would do so if the majority of Ghanaians want him to.
