The Taste Of Afrika signs MoU with National Commission on Culture

and The Taste of Afrika have signed an MoU that will make it easy for them to work together to make sure the Cultural Oneness Festival goes well and everyone achieves their goals. The MoU is an effort to honour all kinds of culture.

It was signed at the General Office of in Accra, Ghana, on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The plan to change society would last for five years.

Together, they want to make the Cultural Oneness Festival better by promoting diversity and working for growth across the country after 2024.

Executive Director of the National Commission on Culture Nana Otuo Owoahene Acheampong spoke at the event and stressed how important it was for his organisation to run the right systems to make sure the Cultural Oneness Festival, which will take place from November 13–16, 2024, is a success. It will be Northern Ghana's biggest cultural event.

Tengol K. Kplemani, CEO of The Taste Of Afrika, praised the National Commission on Culture for its willingness and dedication to the growth and development of Northern Ghanaian culture.

“With unwavering support from both sides, this partnership marks the start of a new era of cross-cultural exchange that will shape the future of the Cultural Oneness Festival in Ghana and beyond”, Tengol added.

The Cultural Oneness Festival is organized by The Taste Of Afrika. It celebrates and shows off the different cultures of the towns in the Northern part of the country.

From November 13th to November 16th, 2024, the Cultural Oneness Festival will take place in Tamale, Northern Region.

The main idea behind the event is, “Leveraging on our Strength for Shared Growth and Prosperity as One People.”
