My Short Hair Style Was Inspired By South Africa Lineage – Adina

Ghanaian based singer, Adina Thembi Ndamse has revealed why she decided to change her physical looks by trimming down her hair instead of the usual braiding.

She explained that it was a bold step she took two years ago by shaving her hair and she took the inspiration from the fact that she also half hails from South Africa.

According to her, When she travels to her other side, South Africa, she realized that people trimming their hair is very common in her family lineage so she took the inspiration to cut it down which gave her a news balance.

Speaking in an interview on Cape Cost based Kastle FM and answering about her being uncomfortable with her previous hairstyle, she noted that it was actually manageable for her.

Adina noted that going back to braid her hair made her realized that short hair actually suits her because it's easy to manage when going to a place without wasting time to style it.
