Managers Sleeping With Their Female Artiste Is Normal – Adina

Whether romantic connections between performers and their managers are beneficial and healthy for business has been debated over the years in the entertainment industry.

Adina Thembi, the Ghanaian musician, was driven to provide her opinion on this specific subject after it came up during a conversation on a radio show.

Adina has argued that there is nothing wrong with it in an interview with Takoradi's Spice FM.

The singer of “Shoulder,” who was highlighting her ideas, declared that it is absolutely acceptable for an artist and management, who are both adults, to develop a sexual connection.

She continued by saying that as long as their personal and professional lives do not interfere, everything would be OK.

she said: 

“There is nothing wrong as long as the artist is not underage.” If she is mature enough and the two of them understand that this is what they are doing and can separate that from their work and make sure they are successful, then that's fine. If you're a professional and you know this is your job description, knowing that this is what you're supposed to do for the artist day in and day out, and the artist understands that she's supposed to do music, that's fine. That is how it should work, so anything extra is extra. “(Sexual relationships) are all extracurricular activities for them.”
