Diana Hamilton Advices Gospel Musicians To Stick To The Ministry

Diana Hamilton, a popular gospel singer, and songwriter, advised young artists in the church to adhere to the process. She claims that God has called them to sing for the glory of God, not to compare how wealthy secular music has grown in the country.

This advice came from Diana Hamilton, who was a guest on Showbiz 360 with Giovani Caleb on TV3 on Friday, May 14.

Young artists performing at various churches for the mission of Christ and pursuing music as a career received some advice from the “Adom” hitmaker. In there are performers who claim they began singing in church before deciding to pursue a career in secular music because of the fame and fortune that comes with it.

“If it's a calling, God will supply if you declare. He doesn't send you without equipping you with all you'll need. Maybe now isn't the right moment for you to venture out into the world. If it's school, you should go. If it's for employment, she said, “Go.”

“Any young person who comes to me and says they want to do ministry, the first question I ask is: what is your church?” she continued. What do you make a livelihood doing? You can't come to me and say, “I don't have an album, I don't have anything, but I work full-time in the music industry.” Because people who have been doing it for a long time may not be able to support themselves solely through ministry. Find your calling and follow it.

The Nyansaboakwa Nyame singer revealed that her husband, children, and management team all support her as a family lady. They are, as Diana refers to them, a bulwark of support behind her that makes life a lot easier. She's also a self-proclaimed fashionista, having received her sense of style from her grandmother.
