Laud Anoo Konadu, popularly known as , the famous Ghanaian dance coach and choreographer, recently shared his success story in an interview.

When it comes to entertainment in Ghana, we usually overlook dancers before a handful of them, such as Incredible Zigi, , and Afrobeast, have made a name for themselves by creating brands and showing others how to do the same. Dancers are now appreciated and compensated for their efforts, as more people are becoming interested in the art form.

Others have combined the craft with music and have carved out a niche for themselves in the film industry. Mr. Drew, for example, often presents himself as unusual because he is both a dancer and a singer.

Dancegod Lloyd revealed in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM's Daybreak Hitz show that he almost gave up on his mission because of public expectations of dancers.

He told Andy Dosty that after graduating from high school, he took a four-year break from school before returning to play football, but that wasn't his goal in life.

He had to return to dance at some point, but he was on the verge of quitting when he realized the profession didn't pay well.

Dancegod also revealed that he had a few friends who were aware of his abilities and were willing to spend their time and resources in helping him create a strong brand.

He later discovered that there was more to dance than he might have imagined, which is why he continues to practice the art, which he describes as his main goal.
