Jah Phinga Throw Blasts Kelvin Boy In New Song For Disrespecting Reggae/Dancehall
Ghanaian most promising Dancehall/Raggae and Hiplife artist Woelin J Segbefia popularly known in showbiz as Jah Phinga, 2017 AFRIMA nominee put Kelvin Boy right for disrespecting the reggae and Dancehall genre.
It becomes viral this week when the Afrobeat singer and Bhim Nation signee Kelvin Boy pass some comments on the reggae and Dancehall genre as well as the hip-pop genre when he made it clear that there is no artist in the country doing or promoting this three genre of music not even his boss Stone Bwoy.
Many reggae/dancehall artists found it offensive for him saying something like that since Ghana can boost of reggae/dancehall legends Like Samini, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Jupiter and many others,
It is assumed that Kelvin Boy have disrespected the genre and every artist doing it. Many artists doing this genre choose to ignore him because they assume he is still a kid in the music game and doing things to gain fame
Jah Phinga made it clear earlier this morning by asking a simple Question “Where were you when Reggae and Dancehall took us to grammy?”
It have actually created some kind of discomfort and misunderstanding between Kelvin Boy and reggae dancehall lovers across the country. They expected him to redraw his comment but he failed to do so until Jah Phinga visits the studio to put him right.
