Hayford Kwame Akakpo aka C-dem is a fast rising artiste who hails from Kopeyia a suburb of Aflao in the Volta region and was born in 1990. He spent his early childhood at Kopeyia and left for Accra to seek greener pastures.

C-dem attended Kopeyia basic school and came out with flying colours but unfortunately was unable to proceed to the high school level due to financial constraints. He decided to pick up a vocation which is carpentry and because of his self-descipline and determination he is now a successful carpenter with many apprentices.

But because of his love and passion for music C-dem has decided to chase his dream of becoming a very renowned musician in the country and beyond, he recorded his first debut single in 2012 “My baby” which couldn't do so well until he met DjFlavour; a top notch presenter and a Dj in the volta region who has decided extend him a helping hand due to his obedience.

C-dem is currently working on his first debut album but while we wait patiently for that let's enjoy his new highlife song “Odo” featuring Jefta Bullie which is heavily produced by Lonely Beatz.
